Renovar Inc. is a family-owned construction company specializing in crafting homes in the top neighborhoods throughout the Denver metro area. Formed in 2010, Renovar Inc. originally focused on renovating residential properties. Those projects ranged from simple alterations to major whole-house renovations.

In 2013, the company branched out and began building high-end spec homes in desirable neighborhoods throughout the Denver area. Typically, we have no more than three to five projects in progress at one time – which allows us to provide the attention to detail that has become our forte.

Owner & President
A native of the Denver area, Austin graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a degree in Social Science. His visionary style and fine craftsmanship are evident in the beautiful homes he creates. Austin takes pride in creating unique properties and is happiest when a customer falls in love with their new home.

When he is not working, Austin delights in spending time with his daughters and wife, Lindsey. He is an avid golfer and can be found out on the course getting a round in before heading off to work. 

JUDY ZEHRING
Accountant & Office Administrator
Judy graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in accounting and has over 29 years of experience in the field. She manages the financial and office administration aspects of the company. Judy finds this industry exciting and looks forward to learning something new every day. In her spare time, Judy enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, and cycling.
